At PHT Cleaning Services LTD, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional cleaning services grounded in

All staff must treat every client and home with respect and courtesy. Avoid personal discussions or distractions during work hours. Speak professionally and kindly, maintaining a positive attitude at all times.

If a client makes a request outside the scope of the agreed service, politely inform them and contact the office
for clarification.

Policy Reminder:

Staff are strictly prohibited from accepting direct work or side arrangements with any client of PHT Cleaning
Services LTD outside the company. This is a violation of company policy. If a staff member is found to be
working privately for any client of the company, disciplinary action will be taken immediately, which may
include termination.

2. Job Responsibility & Clarity

Cleaners are responsible for clearly outlining to the client what tasks will and will not be done during the
appointment.
Time management is essential: discuss how long the job will take and ensure the client understands the
allocated time.

Note:

Clients cannot extend time directly to the cleaner. If more time is needed, they must contact the PHT office to make any changes. Staff must always advise the client of this policy.

Standard Cleaning Procedures
3. Always Use Clean Towels

Use fresh, clean towels throughout the job. Towels are washed frequently to avoid spreading germs, dirt, or
residue between surfaces. Every cleaner must carry at least two extra dry towels at all times.

4. Spray and Clean Continuously

Spray and wipe immediately to sanitize surfaces and prevent drying marks. Ensure spray bottles are full and
used consistently across all areas

5. Deep Clean Sensitive Areas

Focus extra attention on toilets, bathtubs, bathroom sinks, and kitchen sinks. Use safe and effective cleaning
products to deep clean and disinfect.

Important: Ask the client if anyone in the household is allergic to bleach or other cleaning agents before using
them.

6. Dry Everything After Cleaning

Surfaces must be dried thoroughly to prevent watermarks and streaks. This includes glass, furniture,
countertops, and appliances-everything should look clean and polished.

7. Minimal-Water Floor Cleaning

Use a spray bottle to mix floor cleaner and water. Spray lightly and mop in sections to avoid puddles and
residue. Floors should be clean and dry with no streaks or wet spots

8. Crystal Clear Glass & Mirrors

Use a squeegee or dry towel for windows and mirrors. Always inspect glass from multiple angles to ensure
no smudges or streaks remain.

Time, Punctuality, & Professionalism
9. Punctuality is Essential

Staff must arrive on time for every job. If you anticipate being more than 5 minutes late, notify the PHT office
immediately. Consistent lateness is not acceptable and affects client trust.

Safety, Transparency & Trust
10. Chemical Safety and Communication

Always inform clients of the nature of the chemicals used in their homes. If bleach or strong agents are being
used, ask about allergies or sensitivities in advance. Never use strong chemicals without confirming it’s safe
for the household.
