Please note that the deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel within 48 hours of placing the order, you may be eligible for a partial refund (excluding the deposit). If you cancel more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, you will receive a credit note for the amount paid (excluding the deposit), which can be used for future bookings. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the appointment or fail to show up, no refund or credit will be issued.
