2. Service Agreement
- PHT Cleaning offers a variety of services including deep cleaning, routine cleaning, Airbnb cleaning, post-construction cleaning, and general cleaning services. Customers can book our services by calling us at +44 7835 720915 or obtaining a quote from our website at phtcleaning.com/booking. We primarily serve Glasgow and Scotland, with no minimum booking requirements. For services not mentioned on the website or for further inquiries, please contact us via our Contact Us page or call us directly.
3. Pricing and Payment
- Pricing is determined based on the selected service, charged per service rather than hourly. Payment is made upon delivery or after the service. We currently accept online payments through our website. There are no hidden charges.
4. Deposits
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all services.
- Deposits will only be refunded where PHT Cleaning Services Ltd is unable to provide the booked service or a cleaner.
- Any approved refund will be made to the original payment method.
5. Booking & Cancellation Terms
- All bookings are subject to pay an initial non-refundable 20% deposit.
- The service fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellation, rescheduling, except non-attendance.
- By proceeding with a booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the specific terms applicable to the selected service.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Same-day cancellations are not permitted for one-off services.
- A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required prior to the appointment time.
- Regular cleaning services require a minimum of one (1) month’s notice for cancellation.
- Emergency or short-notice cancellations will incur a service charge of £40.50.
- Rescheduling is permitted up to six (6) times per service agreement. Further rescheduling may be refused.
- PHT Cleaning Services Ltd reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or refuse any service at its sole discretion.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
